As you know, the Transportation Coordinator (TC) is the catalyst at the workplace, the central point of contact, the go-to person who encourages co-worker participation in the Challenge. Geez, sounds like a lot of work. Not really. And give us a call, we'll help!

The TC:

• Registers with the WTA

• Forwards our emails to co-workers

• Distributes the calendar to people without computer access

• Puts up our snazzy new poster

• Passes out brochures

• Refers co-workers to our website for more information

• and generally, leads by example, If you are a commuter TC let us know. YOU ROCK!!!!

For more fun and participants, you could also:

• Announce the Challenge at a company meeting or on your intranet

• Organize teams for a little friendly competition

• Make cute awards

• Reward commuters with muffins on Fridays

• Set up internal drawings

• Get the boss to ride her bike, walk or tae transit. (we're looking for press oppotunities....this could be good!)
