Carefree Commuter Challenge

The Carefree Commute Challenge (CCC) is a July event that creates a month  of excitment to motivate employees throughout the Metro region to use sustainable transportation and reduce the number solo car trips.

If you would like to participate, please check out the 'How to Participate' page or learn more about the CCC by clicking on the sidebar to the left (<).

Transit, walking, bicycling, carpooling, vanpooling and telecommuting all count. Participating companies select a Transportation Coordinator who gets the word out to employees. Participating commuters use an online trip diary- courtesy of DriveLess SaveMore to log their trips and we use that data to award commuters with prizes throughout the month. In August, we hold an awards ceremony to recognize the companies and individuals that shined brightest and celebrate the fact that we chose healthy tranportation choices for us and the community. Everyone wins- WHAT A DEAL!!
