Track Federal Stimulus Money in Washington County

Washington County received roughly $6.2 million in federal stimulus funds. Approximately half of the funds will be used to complete various urban and rural overlays. The remainder will be used to complete various safety projects and energy upgrades to the county traffic systems

Capital Project Management is working with various divisions to ensure that the intent of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) funds (an economic stimulus package intended to boost the economy). Washington County received roughly $334 through ARRA for various transportation needs.
